• What the seat you will actually get costs. The listed price is the lowest desk in the centre.
• Lock-in and deposit. Quest Offices asks no lock-in and one month's deposit; in Manesar a month's fee as deposit is usual. Get both in writing.
• Meeting-room hours. How many come with the plan, and what an extra hour costs.
• Hours and access. Whether evenings and weekends cost extra.
• Parking. Whether a bay is included; in Cyber City one leasing page prices a bay at ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 a month.
• A proper GST invoice in your company's name, if you will claim the tax back.
