Sector 37d

16 properties in Sector 37d, Gurugram. They are listed cheapest first, and they are not all flats: builder floors, plots, villas and commercial units sit in the same band as apartments and are priced against each other, which is the comparison this page exists to make.

The published starting prices here run from Rs 19.57 Lakh to Rs 3.9 Cr. A price on this site is the starting price for the smallest configuration on offer, so two entries a crore apart can be the same rate per square foot on different sizes - compare the rate and the carpet area before the headline figure.

Most of them sit in Sector 37D. Sector numbers in Gurugram are not laid out in order on the ground, so two entries in neighbouring sectors can be on different roads and price a third apart; check which corridor each one is on before comparing them.

The developers with the most pages here are Signature Global, Ramprastha Group, AMB Group. What a developer has delivered matters more than how much they are selling: visit a completed project of theirs that is three or four years old and look at the lobbies, the landscaping and the basement.

The written guide to this one, with the arithmetic, the registration checks and what to ask before booking, is at Sector 37d.
