Top 10 Builders & Developers in Gurgaon: Sales Figures and How to Check Them
This list puts ten builders active in Gurugram side by side, using figures you can check. It has two parts. The first six are listed companies: they report their sales to the stock exchanges, so their Gurugram numbers for 2025-26 (April 2025 to March 2026) can be compared. The other four are large private developers. They publish no audited yearly sales, so for them we give what is on record and do not rank them.
A correction. An earlier version of this page, titled for 2025, ran its text through a word-swapping tool, ranked builders without saying how, and called DLF's The Camellias a commercial project (it is a housing project). It also listed awards and founding details with no source. This version is new; the sources are listed with the page.

These four do not publish audited yearly sales, so the figures below are the companies' own announcements or reports of them, and they are not ranked.
7. M3M
One of the largest private developers in Gurugram. The latest full-year figure from the company that we could find is for 2022-23: ₹13,000 crore of sales. In 2026 it said it was spending ₹14,500 crore from its own funds on construction, with about 7.8 million sq ft across five Gurugram projects due for handover.

Builders on the old list that are not here
The old version of this page also named Tata Housing, Vatika, Emaar India, ATS, Tulip and SS Group. We found no sales figure for 2025-26 in Gurugram for any of them, so we could not place them on the same footing. That says nothing about their projects either way. Check any of them, and any builder above, the way the next section shows.
How to check a builder in Gurugram
- Open the project on haryanarera.gov.in. Read its registration number, its promised completion date, and its latest quarterly progress report.
- List the builder's other Haryana projects on the same site. Compare the completion date each one promised with the date it got its occupation certificate.
- Read HRERA's orders against the builder. They show what buyers complained about and what the authority ordered.
- Do not pay more than 10% of the price before the agreement for sale is registered. Section 13 of the RERA Act forbids a builder to ask for more.
- For a listed developer, read its latest quarterly results on the stock exchange: what it sold, what it collected and what it owes.
