Ridge Residency by RajGriham, Khanpur (Nuh): HRERA Number, Flats and Price

The Ridge Residency by RajGriham is an affordable housing project of Riseonic Realty Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. It is often sold as "Sector 25, Sohna", but the HRERA record places it in Village Khanpur, Nuh district, and it is registered with HRERA Panchkula as HRERA-PKL-NUH-757-2025, approved on 9 September 2025.

A correction. An earlier version of this page placed the project in Sohna, Gurgaon, and priced its flats from more than ₹1 crore. The HRERA record puts it in Nuh district, and the listings price its flats at about ₹25 to 30 lakh.

The HRERA project page names Riseonic Realty Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. as promoter and Village Khanpur, Nuh district, as the site, with the registration approved on 9 September 2025 and its certificate uploaded. The same record gives RERA-PKL-1770-2025 as its project ID, and a tracker of the filing dates the building plan approval to 27 June 2025. Listings give the land as about 6.37 acres and completion as July 2031. The developer's own site, rajgriham.com, says the project is approved under the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy and PMAY.

Daily Jagran's list of approved affordable schemes, published on 20 November 2025, includes "Risianic Realty Buildcon, Sector 25 Sohna". That is most likely the same promoter with its name misspelt, and it is the label the project is sold under. The PIN code on the record, 122103, is Sohna's, but the village and the district on the HRERA record are Khanpur and Nuh.

Flats, price and the draw, as listed

Listing sites give 923 flats in 8 towers of 14 floors, in 2 and 3 BHK, at about ₹25.31 lakh for a 2 BHK and ₹30.25 lakh for a 3 BHK. They give an application window of 28 December 2025 to 19 January 2026 and a draw proposed for 11 February 2026. No draw result was found. None of these figures is on the HRERA record seen, so treat them as the sellers' until the allotment letter confirms them. 99acres files the project under Khanpur, Nuh and shows no price.

Checks before you pay

• The registration HRERA-PKL-NUH-757-2025 on haryanarera.gov.in, with the completion date on the certificate.
• Whether the draw was held, and your result, from the promoter or the e-draw portal.
• The cost sheet: carpet area, balcony, parking and every other charge, in writing.
• The payment plan, and whether it follows the policy's dated instalments.
• The commute from Khanpur to where you work, at the hour you would travel.

• It is in Nuh district, though it is sold as Sohna: check the commute you would really make
• No draw result for the February 2026 draw was found
• Completion is listed for July 2031, nearly five years away

The Ridge Residency has its HRERA registration, and the record settles the question the listings leave open: it is in Khanpur, Nuh district. Read every price and date the listings give against the registration and the allotment letter.
