01-07-2021 : The Department of Town and Country Planning, Haryana has developed an online portal to apply for the draw of flats under the Affordable Housing Policy. You have to create profile first with using mobile and email.
Than, enter applicant’s full details name, father’s name, Address, Pan card number, aadhar card number, bank account details.
Than upload Pan card, Aadhar Card, and passport size photo.
4-Post selection pay online with project.

To verify the refund status of payment made at TCP Haryana, you may monitor your online payment using transaction number or GRN on TCP Haryana payment verification portal. For detailed cancellation policy, like for the Affordable Housing policy etc., you may refer to the policy documents on TCP Haryana website which says refunds are processed for draw/unsuccessful within 15 days.

Specific refund policies

Affordable Housing Policy: Applicants unsuccessful in draw: 100 % booking amount within 15 days after the draw.

Waitlisted candidates: Have option of withdrawing and getting booking amount refunded.

License applications: In the event an application is declined for failure of compliance, or withdrawn, the license fee is returnable, but the examination fee may not be.

Any license fee paid more for a smaller area can be adjusted in future payments.
