Checking the Winner & Result List
When the draw has been completed the official Waiting List and Successful Allottee List will be published. Here’s how you check your status:
Step 1: Visit official portal of TCP haryana or Yashika green square project page.
Step 2: Look for “Draw Results” or “Winner List” as a pdf file.
Step 3: Use the Search (Ctrl+F) feature to enter the Application Number or Name.
Step 4: If chosen, you will receive official allotment letter and email notification in few days.
What if You Are Selected?
Congratulations! The winners after the draw are usually asked to repay the allotment money (typically 20% of total cost) within a set period of time in order to secure the unit. Keep your documents (ID proof, copy of application and income certificates) for the next phase of verification ready.
What If You’re on the Waiting List?
Don’t lose hope. A certain number of applicants are put on a list for waiting. In case any successful allottee defaults on the payment of the allotment or resurrenders the unit, it is offered to the next person on the list.
