01-07-2021 : The Department of Town and Country Planning, Haryana has developed an online portal to apply for the draw of flats under the Affordable Housing Policy. Affordable Housing Policy: Applicants unsuccessful in draw: 100 % booking amount within 15 days after the draw.

Waitlisted candidates: Have option of withdrawing and getting booking amount refunded.

License applications: In the event an application is declined for failure of compliance, or withdrawn, the license fee is returnable, but the examination fee may not be.

Any license fee paid more for a smaller area can be adjusted in future payments.
