What is actually built today

Dholera's master plan runs in phases to the 2040s. What has changed since the sceptical early years is that the anchor projects are now physical: you can drive the expressway, see the runway, and watch the fab rise. What has not changed is that a full city, with people, schools, markets, and jobs at scale, takes decades. The next few years are about industry moving in and the airport starting operations.
