The DC said the increase in circle rates was decided on the basis of analysis (of registry/sale deed data) prepared for respective revenue areas during financial year 2022-23, so that the circle rate remained with ground realities.
The cirdle rate is calculating around the buying and selling of Land; it gives transparency along with revenue collection. This comes with the direction that in case of any irregularity or discrepancy is found, appropriate action be initiated without delay.
