Across the premium micro markets of Gurugram, Noida and Delhi, the stock of homes priced under ₹1 crore has been steadily absorbed through 2026, and developers have added very little to replace it. The product that remains is increasingly clustered in the ₹2 crore and above bracket. In short, the cheaper shelves are emptying, and the new stock arriving is expensive.
