Lodha Golf Course Road Gurgaon: the HRERA Application, Site and Status

Not registered yet. This project has no RERA registration on record (see the registration line on this page). Until it is registered, the builder may not advertise, book or sell it, so this page gives no price of its own and no booking steps. Any figure quoted below is what brokers are circulating, set out so you can check it, not an offer. We will add the registration number here when it is issued.

Lodha Golf Course Road is a commercial project that Lodha Developers Limited has applied to register with HRERA Gurugram. The application, dated 24 July 2026, covers a commercial site of 1.196 acres (4,843.03 sq m) in Sector 28, Urban Estate Gurugram-II. The building plans were approved on 20 July 2026. As of 9 October 2026 we found no registration number yet, and no price.

A correction. On 4 October this page said there was no Lodha project on Golf Course Road and that no registration had been filed, and it took down an earlier description of a Lodha commercial project for that reason. HRERA's public notice of the application, which we found on 9 October, shows that a commercial project under this name was filed in July 2026. This version starts from that notice. Lodha's separate housing plans with MRG Group are further down.

What the HRERA notice shows

The notice sets out how the land came to Lodha. HSVP allotted the site at auction to Acquisitive Infradevelopers Pvt. Ltd. by an allotment letter of 29 April 2025, and the conveyance deed was signed on 12 December 2025. HSVP issued a no-objection certificate on 31 October 2025. On 17 December 2025, Acquisitive Infradevelopers, as landowner, and Lodha Developers, as developer, signed a registered joint development agreement, which lets Lodha build, market and sell the project. HRERA published the notice to invite objections before it decides on registration.

Other websites that rank for this name say more than the notice does. One website named after the project, which is not on Lodha's own domain (lodhagroup.com), calls it a mixed-use project with 2, 3 and 4 BHK flats and gives its RERA status as awaited. Another describes office floors of about 11,000 to 30,000 sq ft. Neither the flats nor the floor sizes are on the HRERA notice, which describes a commercial project on a commercial site. Treat both as sales material until the registration is granted and the filed plans can be read.

Lodha's housing plans in Gurugram, with MRG Group

Separately, Lodha announced a joint development agreement with MRG Group, confirmed on 16 December 2025, for two housing projects in Gurugram with a combined revenue potential of over ₹3,600 crore: high-rise towers on the Dwarka Expressway and a luxury project on Golf Course Extension Road. Neither has a registration we could find, and the company has said its first Gurugram housing launch is due by March 2027 or in April to June 2027. So "Lodha Golf Course Road" in a sales pitch may mean the commercial project in Sector 28 or the housing project on the Extension Road. Ask which one, and ask for the registration number.

The latest news on Lodha Developers in Gurgaon, in date order

• 29 April 2025: HSVP allots the Sector 28 commercial site at auction to Acquisitive Infradevelopers Pvt. Ltd.
• 31 October 2025: HSVP issues its no-objection certificate for the site.
• 12 December 2025: the conveyance deed for the site is signed.
• 16 December 2025: Lodha's joint development agreement with MRG Group for two housing projects, on the Dwarka Expressway and Golf Course Extension Road, is confirmed.

So Lodha's new project in Gurgaon that is furthest along is this commercial one. There are no Lodha apartments in Gurgaon yet: the housing projects with MRG Group have no site, sector or registration on the record, and their first launch is planned for March to June 2027.

Golf Course Road or Golf Course Extension Road?

Sales pitches use the two names loosely, and they are different roads. Golf Course Road is the older, finished corridor with the Rapid Metro along it. Golf Course Extension Road runs on south towards Sohna Road and is still filling in with new towers. The project filed with HRERA as Lodha Golf Course Road is in Sector 28, in the older part of the city. Lodha's announced luxury housing project with MRG Group is on the Extension Road. When someone pitches "Lodha Golf Course Road", ask which of the two they mean, and for the sector and the registration number.

Registered projects nearby, for comparison

Two large listed developers have registered housing projects near Golf Course Road in the last fourteen months, and their pages show what a registration looks like. Oberoi Three Sixty North in Sector 58 has one HRERA registration per tower. Godrej Sora in Sector 53 was registered on 25 August 2025. Before you pay anything

1. Ask for the HRERA registration number. Until it is granted, the project cannot be advertised, booked or sold (section 3 of the RERA Act).
2. When it is granted, read the certificate: the promoter, the site, the area and the completion date.
3. For an office, ask for the carpet area and the super area of the unit, and the maintenance charge.
4. After registration, do not pay more than 10% of the price before the agreement for sale is registered (section 13 of the RERA Act).
5. Do not pay an "expression of interest" amount before registration. It has none of the protection registration gives.

Is there a Lodha project on Golf Course Road in Gurgaon?
