Most Expensive Flats in Jaipur: The Projects at the Top and What They Cost
Jaipur's most expensive flats are in a handful of large-apartment projects in the centre of the city, around JLN Marg, Statue Circle and C-Scheme. This page gives the projects that published figures put at the top of the market, what those figures say, and how to check a price before you pay one.
A correction. An earlier version of this page ranked ten projects by price with no source. Several of the names could not be found, the prices did not match the page's own introduction ("usually in tens of crores", then Rs 4 to 18 crore), and it featured Gurgaon listings under a Jaipur heading. The list below is shorter, is not a ranking, and names where each figure comes from.
What the top of the market costs
A report syndicated by ANI on 30 September 2026 puts Jaipur's top projects at about Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000 per sq ft. Much of that report quotes sales advisers and one developer's plans, so treat its rates as asking prices, not registered sales. At Rs 25,000 per sq ft, a 7,000 sq ft flat would cost about Rs 17.5 crore.

The per-sq-ft figures in brackets are worked out here from the published size and price. The Akshat Sawai figures show how far the asking rate moved between 2024 and 2026, or how far the two sources differ; only a registered sale settles which.
How to check a price in Jaipur
- Look up the RERA registration on the Rajasthan RERA website, rera.rajasthan.gov.in. It gives the promoter, the approved plan and the completion date. A number quoted by a portal should be checked there.
- Ask for registered sales. A sale deed registered at the sub-registrar's office shows the price actually paid. Ask the seller for recent ones in the same building.
- Check the DLC rate. Stamp duty in Rajasthan is charged on the deal value or the DLC rate (the district's minimum value), whichever is higher.
- Compare on carpet area. Large flats are often priced on super area. Under the RERA Act a new flat is sold on carpet area; ask for it in writing.
