Price and the draw

The colony was licensed under Haryana's industrial colony policy, which allows its small flats to be sold either at a rate fixed by the state or at the developer's own rate once full charges are paid. HRERA recorded that M3M chose its own rate, with no draw, for the colony's M3M Forestia West I phase. Ask the seller which way Nature's Court I is sold, and get the rate in writing.
